Budget offering in a great location. The rooms are small but functional, clean and nice bedding and towels. Rather noisy from adjoining rooms and (maybe because we were in the basement) the sound of tube trains was quite obtrusive. All said, we chose it for location and price and it delivered on both.

Ideally situated for London tourist or business stay. Great area for cafés and restaurants too. Cubicle style bedrooms, very clean, small but perfectly adequate. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great little 24 hr cafe in reception with space to work also if desired. Great left luggage facility too

Lovely, clean, compact and comfortable room right in the heart of Covent Garden. I had everything i needed, the staff were great, good quality tea and coffee in the room. It felt very secure and i would definitely stay again. Less than 10 mins walk to the underground at Covent Garden or Leicester Square. A great stay!

Our room was impossibly small with only a bed to sit on or take turns getting items from our suitcases by putting them on the bed. Next time I would definitely request a larger room. It was very very tight for the four nights we were there. Otherwise, staff was nice, room was clean. We would like to have had wash cloths.

Room was clean but very very small. I had expected small but the photo showed a quuen roo.with a small desk & chair this room had nowhere to sit other than the bed which was crammed in so tight that only one person could sit at a time. We didnt have breakfast but it looked nice. Staff who booked us in were very good

Depends what you are looking for - clambering over a double bed with only access from 1 side is fine when you are young and supple!! Nowhere to sit in the room and very limited surfaces to put things on - a chaotic shower head - no where to hang towels - an attempt at a wardrobe (3 hooks on the wall with 4 bar hangers) - on the positive side electric controlled light levels and blind (if you get a window - unfortunately our blind was stuck midstream) ….. but the staff were lovely and as helpful as they could be.
