Park Plaza London Riverbank
"Great location. Have to make a reservation for the pool though."
Sofitel London Heathrow
"Lovely large clean room. Staff friendly and helpful. Check in completed by Pritesh who was so helpful and kind. He sorted my late check out with no bother and answered all my questions with a smiley face. Great member of staff 😊. Food in international restaurant very good and again staff in restaurant very helpful. I had only one issue and that was the air con unit. It blew out cold air even when temperature turned up to 26°. So I turned the unit off but it continued to run in the background so my room wasn't that quiet. Otherwise I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Sofitel T5."
Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
"The hotel is centrally located near many attractions; staff was great. Breakfast was standard but delicious; will definitely stay here again if traveling in London"
Atrium Hotel Heathrow
"A very enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. A perfect location- close to the station and may notable places of interest. The facilities were great - with robes, toiletries, a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. The breakfast was great and staff always helpful and friendly."
citizenM Tower of London
"The rooftop bar was amazing. Great drinks, friendly staff, and a beautiful area to relax. The rooms were spectacular and clean."
Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
"Hotel was convenient and room had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with great choice. The young man on concierge was very polite and helpful (sorry didn’t get name)"
The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
"Checking in is awkward. Need more staff or tablets to ease the process. Thanks Gary Hughes"
Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
"Check in..total nightmare, absolutely no need to be entering ALL your personal details and home address again after booking online, this creates a huge queue and lots of frustration. Room needed a good hoover, lots of hairs including in the bed, food crumbs and dust. Sink smelt like sewage when the tap was running. Only decent thing about the stay was the air-conditioning, the silence and the 2 second check out. Not worth almost 200 quid a night...AT ALL."
Strand Palace Hotel
"Very happy with room and breakfast but not sure why 'housekeeping' need to knock on my door at 8.25 am to ask when I'm leaving. This has happened to me several times."
