We booked a Superior King room for 3 nights. We got an accessible King room (we did not request accessible room) with decor not that is completely different from any of the photos on the hotel rooms on Expedia's Park Plaza Victoria London Hotel. There is no dresser, no drawer in the room. Ladies beware - you will not find a socket to plug in hair dryer by a mirror ! The glass top of the desk and the bed side tables are covered with dust. When we check-in the Reception told us there is constructions and warned us about noise level, but not the dust. We clean the dust up and when we returned to the room in the evening the glass tops are again covered with dust. As soon as we checked in the hotel we noticed that the shower door could not be closed completely and we informed the reception immediately. They sent someone to check and they fixed the problem the next day. But House Keeping did not clean up the bathroom or replaced all the used towels which were left on the floor (as per instructions of the hotel to leave used towels on the floor). On the third day the Shower Door could not be closed again (same issues as on the first night). We also received email the night before the check-in time that we can check in on line. We used the link to check in. The Hotel prompted us to select no service to clean/ make the room for 3 days which we declined. Understand bedsheet may not be changed everyday but no cleaning for 3 days meaning no clean towels or garbage bin?
