Fantastic welcome on arrival. Staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and professional. Hotel reception was clean and lovely decor. Bedroom was large, clean and plenty of room. The only downside was the bathroom was slightly tired around the edges and I thought the shower tray was going to overflow due to the slow drainage of the water. Loved our short stay. Perfect location and will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel, great location

Fantastic hotel in a great location for restaurants, Oxford St shopping and Hyde Park. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the breakfast selection was plentiful with freshly cooked eggs to order. But the cherry on the cake is the staff, Galina in particular really went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She's so helpful and cheerful, and asset to any establishment.
