Fantastic Central Location & Impeccable Service!
This hotel is a brilliant base for exploring the city. It is extremely central, making it easy to get everywhere, and the staff are wonderfully attentive. The rooms are very compact—truly just for sleeping—but everything was spotless and well-maintained. Perfect if you plan to spend your days out and about!
really good clean property, with just what you need for a bed for the night at a great price for central london, without paying for a big name and unnessecary frills. would definatley use again if i needed somewhere to stay
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. When there was a problem with a room we’d booked they helped find other accommodations and made certain our needs were met. Above and beyond!
Rooms are a bit tight so if your body type is on the larger side it may not be ideal. Other than that I highly recommend.
A well located and budget friendly hotel for staying a few nights in London. The rooms are the true meaning of no frills but this is to be expected and is described as such . One warning though, the toilet/shower room is incredibly cramped and not easily usable for those of us of a larger build . There were a few issues that need to be looked at such as a flickering bathroom light, and fluctuating water temperature . But again, for the price in zone 1 , I cannot complain !
Besides the prime location, I would not recommend staying here unless you like the smell of sewage and enjoy feeling like you are on a cruise ship from the tube being directly underneath the basement rooms which you heard and felt rattling the room. The bed was definitely a spring mattress as we could feel each individual spring. Every time you moved, the ‘boing’ sound of the spring echoed. Room was so small could barely open a carry on sized case. Would not manage to have stayed another night. The reception staff were nice.
Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange.
They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels.
Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either.
Location is ideal walking distance to most places my only concern was the shower it was extremely tight space not convenient if you have mobility issues I don’t understand why make such space so small ? Very awkward and uncomfortable
Very conveniently situated for transportation. Free water topup available. Rooms way too small but clean and the toilets even more so. Almost every time I went to sit on the toilet I hit my head on the wash basin and I'm only 5' 3" tall ! The window would not shut completely and there was a cold draught with a lot of street noise. This is a budget hotel with a wonderfully comfortable bed at a reasonable rate for this city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They charge for storing luggage.
Friendly staff and great locations, with central bus line right on the doorstep and only a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. We booked an accessible room, since my spouse is in a wheelchair, and got a very nice unit on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible for wheelchair users, and even though the room was small it was enough space for two people and the wheelchair.
The room is very small and there's no desk. The bathroom is tiny and I had to squeeze through the shower area. I'm a skinny and tiny Asian, but found the single room too small!
Not clean, too small, stairs are dangerously steep, rooms stunk and were damp, mattress is plastic with one sheet covering — “window curtain” hid a lovely basement with buckets, pipes, scary view for solo female travelers—for price paid I felt really cheated. Think twice before booking here. Shower and toilet are together-walls had hand and foot prints on them. Not to mention noise from
Other rooms and train. DO NOT BOOK!
Very small but clean room, also a very hot room with no windows to open so bring your own fan. If your ok with a small toilet and shower space then would recommend.
Very basic but fine for a one night stay on my way to Heathrow. It is basic. Don’t expect frills or a bar. And you can’t drink the tap water from the sink in the bathroom. The shower was tiny but had decent force.

Our stay was great, aside from the fact that none of the wall power outlets worked in the room, Room 110. We ended up having to resort to using the USB plug that at the bottom of our bedside light to charge phones and power banks.
