"Excellent service and attention. As well as location. Little tiny rooms."

"Could hear the bass for the club below till well late into the night and also can hear sirens outside and street activity even tho the room had zero windows. The pillows were comfy as well as matress and duvet but the body wash needed refilling and only drops were coming out. Air con worked great was quite. Staff were nice and helpful but the lobby was always busy so i’m sure they struggled to help everyone."

"Das Hotel ist dabei, sein Gesicht zu verändern, das sieht man überall. Angefangen beim neuen Rezeptionsbereich ,über die Self-check-in-Schalter bis zur Neuausstattung mit Aufzügen und Holztüren im gesamten Hotel. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, das habe ich dort schon anders erlebt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten superbequem, die Ausstattung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, das macht aber nichts, weil alles sehr gepflegt ist."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much."
