"Room was clean and very spacious (note: for some reason we were given a disabled room). Breakfast was included in the room price and had lots of options. Parking was free and plenty of space"

"Great location. Convenient access to three different underground stations. Right in the theater district, and close to covent garden, which was a cool place to grab a beer and watch some buskers. Walking distance to all the obvious tourist spots: West Minster Abbey, Big Ben, London Tower, etc. Right by the river. I would stay here again."

"Lovely location. Room a bit dated and not always in a charming or characterful way - e.g. brown patterned carpet, likely from the 1980s. At check out I was asked for a 15 pound a night “tip” or service charges and to cover lobby and door staff! I felt awkward asking for it to be removed from the account, but really at 250+ a night I expect staff to be part of the deal. Is tipping at hotel really to become a normal thing in London?"

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "Its very near gloucester road tube stion on Piccadilly line from heathrow -50 minutes for around 7£-and also on Circle/District lines that enable me to get to Lords and Oval to watch cricket .Plenty of places to eat in area and good bar in Hotel plus Bugis restaurant Singaporean food - I book single room -some are very tight especially bathroom but last time I commented on leaving and this time got better configured room -desk manager noticed my comment to checkout and arranged this .I use hotel...

"Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."
