"Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. Overall an excellent experience. "

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

Durch das Ticinoticket sind alle Örtlichkeiten im Tessin super und kostenlos mit den Öffentlichen erreichbar. Alle im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben die sehr kompetenten Damen in der Rezeption. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank. TF Art"

"Lovely hotel, attentive staff, beautiful position on the lake, and simply amazing restaurant ! The annex room was spacious, air conditioned and had all the right amenities. "

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
