"Very good view from the room with balcony"

"My favourite hotel in Ascona! The rooms are great and the staff are lovely!"

"Overall a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and a breakfast witch was a sufficient. Rooms felt a bit dated and miss quipped. But the lake view and balcony was great."

"Wonderful room, great location very close to the lakeside, balcony with view to the city and mountains, where one can relax and have some food. "

"Loved this hotel! It was right by old town and we had a magnificent view of the mountains and the cute city! Will definitely come back!"

"Clean, modern convenient accommodation!"

"We love this beautiful place. It’s our second time staying at Casa Berno and would love to return again. The lake is spectacular, the pool is gorgeous and, while the rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, the views more than make up for it. The breakfast is fantastic too! We can’t say enough good things about Casa Berno! (Just that it’s too far from our home in Colorado!)"

"Friendly staff, convenient location, nice view."

"Really nice hotel with excellent rooms and gardens. The rooms are air conditioned and spacious with comfortable beds and a private balcony. Taking breakfast in the well tended garden was a joy."
