I’m not sure who gave them the four star rating that they advertise as having, it is far from 4 star, it is dated and very tired, it has tatty cheap worn furniture, the carpet in the dining room was very heavily stained, the staff were pleasant and the breakfast was okay those are the only compliments I can give, everything else was terrible and embarrassing

Wonderful owners, fantastic complementary full English breakfast, very clean in historic building right in the middle of all the food and shops in Llandudno. Short walk to the pier and the Great Orme tram. They even allowed us to check in a couple hours early! Will definitely be staying again next time I visit Llandudno from the states!

A great location with friendly and welcoming manager on arrival. My room was perfect for my requirements, as a solo traveller - double room and big bed! Spacious as well and no issues with cleanliness. Nice table serviced breakfast, plenty of options to self serve. Then a menu for the cooked items to choose from. Really good! Coffee was fantastic- individual percolator These are old buildings, so dont expect perfection in terms of the fixtures, fittings and decor. Remember y'all, Its the place to sleep/go back and forth from during the holiday..You're not moving in! Appreciate the Hotel for what it is - A great, traditional B&B, Perfectly located, right by the sea.

4 poster room, right at the top. Sideways sea view lovely. Furniture quite dated but ok. Takes a long time for hot water in the shower & then it's a light shower. Toilet cistern takes a long time to refill & is noisy. Breakfast is very good. Very tasty, quick & more than ample food, & staff extremely attentive & friendly in the morning. Great position near pier, just in desperate need of a major upgrade. Bath panel loose, some paper peeling etc but overall not a bad stay.

The breakfast was really good and sustained us for the whole day. The hotel is in an excellent location to enjoy all that Llandudno has to offer. Our room was lovely apart from being on the top floor. There isn't a lift so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The bathroom was lovely. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean throughout and well decorated. The member of staff in the dining room was very attentive. The manually operated dumb waiter was a quirky feature but seem to work well. We only got to meet the owner when we checked out but she seemed very nice. All in all we enjoyed our night at this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tv remote control had been broken by the previous guests, so we were unable to watch tv. The owner told us she had ordered a new one and it arrived on the Saturday afternoon. She brought it up to our room straight away and ensured it was all working. The breakfast was excellent on both mornings. The guest house is an old building, with wooden doors, that do require updating and the furniture in the rooms is of low quality. Our room was functional and clean, but the bathroom was small. Good value for money and well placed for access to all the pubs, shops and restaurants in Llandudno town centre.
