"Everything about the property was great. Staff, bedroom, breakfast all brilliant. We feel we should have been warned about the scaffolding and plastic sheeting all round the front of the property, which virtually obliterated the view. Providing a bottle of Prosecco and 20% off the our next stay is all well and good, but didn’t mitigate our disappointment, considering it was quite expensive!"

"Booking in was very easy you book in yourself it very easy to do also could have gone to reception if needed. Approached by a very friendly member of staff if we needed help, informed of breakfast times and when the bar was open till. Rooms were lovely and clean. Special touch of a bag of 2p’s to go and spend at the arcades to relive our child hood memories very lovely touch. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return. "

"Great location and we were lucky to park right outside. Room very clean with comfy beds. Family room with sea view. Ideally located to explore Llandudno. The best thing in my opinion is the breakfast if you like a ‘full Welsh’! Lovely selection of fruits and cereals to start too. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed for 1 night in a well equipped superior room. Overall hotel is very good, with a lot of refurbishment having been done and some still in hand over the winter. Great breakfast and although we did not eat an evening meal, the menu looked good. Excellent location on the quieter western shore. Would definitely consider staying again."

"Warm welcome and farewell from the helpful receptionists. Great location. Straightforward to find on-street parking opposite hotel. Spotlessly clean single room, lovely en-suite and well equipped with comfortable bed (I slept like a log), tv, tea making equipment, wardrobe, fan, dressing table. Slightly dated decor but this did not detract from the fantastic experience. Excellent well cooked buffet breakfast. I will definitely stay again. "
