"A hotel that has real charm and character, with views out to sea, across the promenade that are truly amazing. The room was clean with adequate facilities and ours had signs of a recently fitted bathroom. The floorboards squeaked but that is to be expected for a building with age and such character. The cooked breakfast was excellent, as for the continental choice as well."

"Nice upgrade to a sea view room as it is my birthday. Enjoyed our stay, the only thing was the shower was not very powerful so coukdnt wash my hair and no shower head only the small attachment that usually comes with the shower!"

"lovely location, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. little disappointed that our 'deluxe' room had a view over the fire escape and a fire door which meant an omnipresent green fire escape light, didnt detract from lovely stay but would ask for a forwadr facing room if were to stay again"

"The hotel and staff really contributed to my partner and I having a wonderful break in Llandudno. The hotel is spot on in all respects and all the staff were delightful. The whole place has a very calm atmosphere and the kindness showed by all the staff was a credit to the business. We will definitely return in the future."

"Have stayed here several times and the standard is as high as ever. The only downside for me was that to dine in the restaurant the only choice is a 4 course meal. Different options every night and all of excellent quality but I can't eat 4 courses any more."

"Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would."
