"The room is a repurposed office, so the shape is a little unusual having a full window as the wall facing the road. This is covered by a curtain. If you need to sleep in total darkness, it may be a little uncomfortable. The curtain blocked the light enough for us to sleep comfortably though. The location gives great walking access to the castle and train station. There are trains and buses to different cultural attractions. "This was a very cute boutique hotel in a residential neighborhood. It was a very short walk from the train station so it was convenient traveling from Osaka. It was charming and very reasonable for me, my husband and son. The room had 3 beds and everything we needed. So glad we stayed here and would stay again. The hot beverage machine in the lobby was very nice. The staff was very nice, too."
