"Romeo and Roy were out Butlers for this trip and they were excellent, took care of us from check in to check out with anything we needed. Will be revisiting this property every year."

"The front staff, servers, and bartenders were amazing. HOWEVER upon arrival the bags being checked were a little rude, in a rush to get us to sit down for a meeting (probably time share) for a discounted massage, and the shuttle/trolley/golf cart back and forth to the rooms was HORRIBLE (I think this is what takes away from this being a 5 star resort) the rooms are a little far and transportation back and forth was horrible. The phones were down and we waited a 30 hr for a ride with no one in sight and had to walk in the rain with our luggage to the front to get our car to drive to the airport. Food was decent (no ackee or oxtail) served during my staff but overall a nice place to stay."

"The rooms are very nice and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, some of the sofas and garden furniture had stains, so a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would improve the overall experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good selection of food and plenty of choice. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice. Unfortunately, the other restaurants were disappointing. Although the hotel advertises nine restaurants, only two additional restaurants were open on any given day during our stay, which was frustrating given the variety promised. We also found the food in these restaurants to be poor and not up to the standard we expected. Overall, the hotel has some positives, particularly the spacious rooms, the variety at the main buffet, and the casual food and coffee options. However, the limited availability and quality of the other restaurants let the experience down. With better restaurant food, more consistent opening times, and a little more attention to maintenance, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience."

"This was our first trip to Jamaica and to an all inclusive … so take it for what you will. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The pools and jacuzzis were very nice. Our room was great but the property really is huge so if you have ANY trouble walking … it could be an issue if you are on one side of the property. We enjoyed all the restaurants. The policy they have on tipping is not the reality of the situation. It’s unfortunate that they put it out there as their “policy” because it certainly set us up to not be prepared to meet tipping expectations as we would have liked to be. Our housekeeper literally ambushed us the evening before our last night. It just would have been better without telling guests it’s included … just let it be expected because that is what it is. It just left the ick after all was said and done. Thinking we weren’t doing something consistently as it was expected by the staff. Beautiful sunsets … the locals selling on the beach/approaching you….is pretty consistent like sunrise to sunset offering… oh and the beach… the chairs are consistently being “held” a couple days we couldn’t find anywhere to sit and had to come back in the afternoon. It was a bit of a learning vaca for first AI and first Jamaica… some good and not so good… we were very lucky with the weather"
