Room is clean but no cabinet/drawers or place to put away our clothes and things. It stays in our suitcases the entire stay. First day, we arrived after 3pm but were given a wrong room and found a roll of dirty tissue in the washroom. Not much toiletries just a bottle of liquid soap and a bottle of shampoo. No slipper and bathrobe as stated and shown in the photos. No welcome gift (for our anniversary and it was mentioned prior to arrival). Breakfast, not much selections. Staff were nice and friendly. Special mention to Stephany Bormann who went beyond our expectations. She is very kind, accomodating and patient. My husband and I really appreciated all her efforts. She always made sure we are okay.The Hygge are lucky to have you as one of their staff. You are an assets to them. Thank you Stephany and best regards to you.

Boa estadia!

A minha estadia decorreu normalmente, mas yenho algumas coisas para ajudar no futuro, exemplos, um banquinho na casa de banho, dá jeito, uma base no chuveiro para evitar quedas, quando entra um casal, normalmente, o açucar e o café pelo minimo devem ser dois, e penso que o duche deveria ter champôo. Isto não são criticas, são lembretes para melhorar, porque tudo o resto foi muito agradável, de nós casal, Muito Obrigado pela simpatia, rapidez de processo, acompanhamento, abraço para a equipa! À, já me esquecia de dizer, que os tarecos velhos no pátio traseiro dão mau aspecto, substituam por um pequeno jardim interno, ficaria lindo. Abraços!

Valeu à pena

Ficamos em um quarto que era uma suite um tanto quanto "diferente", pois, embora o banheiro fosse privativo, não ficava dentro do quarto, ou seja, tínhamos que passar pelo corredor do hotel para acessá-lo. Fora isso, o hotel é bem localizado, limpo e novo.

Es war sauber. Aber man muss dass Zimmer verlassen um ins Bad und WC zu kommen. Kein Kästen oder Schränke im Zimmer um Kleidung zu verstauen oder was abzulegen. Lediglich das Bett 2 Tischchen als Nachttisch und ein kleiner Kleiderständer. Man muss aus dem Koffer leben und der hat nicht mal Platz, dass man ihm Boden auflegen kann. Frühstück ist minimal. Wo da die 4 Sternenbewertung herkommt ist mir ein Rätsel.

Modern renovierte Altbauwohnung in einem schönen Viertel von Lissabon. Es handelt sich um Zimmer mit einem Duschbad und WC. Die Bezeichnung SUITES ist also völlig daneben und irreführend. Zimmer Nr 1 zur Strasse hin ist sehr laut, auch in der Nacht ist die Strasse belebt. Die Zimmer nach hinten gelegen sind zu empfehlen. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück.

Fotos Habitación no se corresponde con realidad

La habitación que nos dieron no tenía privacidad alguna. Estaba justo enfrente de recepción ( más podía ser un cuarto para guardar las maletas) y el baño está fuera de la habitación, por lo q para todo había q salir fuera y cruzar por delante de recepción. En las condiciones no se especifica claro q es un baño externo, pone independiente, si lo hubiésemos sabido no hubiésemos cogido esa habitación. Me parece que eso es publicidad engañosa pues tampoco se muestran claramente las fotos de la habitación que corresponde para poder tener libertad de decidir si uno se quiere hospedar en esas condiciones. Por lo demás el chico de recepción fue muy amable. Y las instalaciones eran nuevas. Solo hay una habitación en esas condiciones por lo que recomiendo asegurarse bien previamente de lo q se va a reservar. Aún estamos esperando respuesta por parte del hotel para algún tipo de compensación pues decíamos irnos y dejar libre la habitación. Desde Hoteles.com atendieron a nuestras quejas y actuaron correctamente. Muy agradecidos

La salle de bain en dehors de la chambre ce n etaitbpas precisé sur le site la photo montre une salle de bain a l interieur debla chambre et ce n etait pas le cas le personnel ne parle pas dutout francais mais ce n est pas choquant mais il faut le savoir!

Hygge hotel est tout neuf. Ouvert vers début 2019. Très beau et très propre. Personnel très sympatique. Malheureusement, aucune isolation. Trop bryant pour dormir à point fermé. A part ça très bien. A 2 minutes à pied de la station de métro Picoas.

Super au niveau de la Propreté et du service durant mon sejour. Aucune Isolation de la chambre. Bruit toute la nuit (travaux?) Lumière du couloir voyante dans la chambre durant la nuit. Porte d’entrée de l’hotel sans Groom (porte qui claque très fort à n’importe quelle heure) Aucune pression d’eau dans la douche.

Not bad, but expected more for the price

+ nice design + free water + free breakfast + comfy bed - room 3 is just next to the reception and your bathroom is over the corridor, pretty annoying - walls are very thin, you can hear how the receptionist is breathing - there is no mirror in the room, you always have to go over the corridor to the bathroom - there's no natural light at the room 3

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und wenn jemand an der Rezeption war, auch toll geholfen, zwecks Wegbeschreibung. Das Frühstück war ausreichend vom Angebot her. Das Zimmer einfach, dunkel, aber sauber. Leider erfolgte am letzten Tag kein Service mehr im Zimmer ( Wasser und Kaffee). Leider waren die aussengeräusche morgens sehr lästig. Wir hörten die Metro sehr deutlich und die Geräusche vom Flur und Küche. Wir hatten am Morgen vor unserer Abreise gebeten uns einen Transfer zu bestellen, leider haben wir morgens um 5 Uhr 20 Minuten vergebens gewartet und uns selbst ein Taxi gesucht, was auch nur ein Drittel des Transfer kostete. (€25 Hoteltransfer, €10,60 Taxi). Rezeption war nur selten besetzt. Für 1-2 Tage kann man dort gut übernachten
