This hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Lisbon’s busiest tourist attractions, but there’s a 760 bus stop right at the door, and you can also easily take a taxi or Uber. The hotel offers 24-hour customer service, and the reception staff are very warm and friendly. They even provide some free fruits for guests, which is a nice touch. Although it’s officially a 2-star hotel, my experience was just as good as a 3-star stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to other travelers.

Room was comfotable. Smell a litlle muffy, but we did let the windows open for the air to pass thru. Bathroom could get soom maintenace there were moles on the wall. Besides that we had a very good stay, friendly personell.

it is decent for the price of this hotel. I didn't like the stairs, very narrow with no hand rails. I slipped and got hurt. The elevator is very small only 2 people barely fit in there. There aren't many dining options or shops around this hotel. the bus is the only transportation nearby, you have to walk about 20min for the metro. Otherwise, be prepare to spend good cash on uber service or taxi.

Basic Accommodation

Stayed 9 days here, so had substantial experince of the hotel. Firstly, it must be noted that the hotel staff are exceptional. 10/10 for them. They are friendly, professional and help in every single way possible. I cannot thank them enough. They are the heartbeat of the hotel. Fact. Also, for more context, we had just flown infrom Porto and stayed at the Stay Hotel there. The Porto Hotel was well kept, recently renovated and looked fresh. This was the reason why we decided to book with Stay in Lisbon. However, this particular hotel was a disappointment. It is old and worn down. You can note it from the rooms. Carpet hasnt been deep cleaned in ages. Curtains are old, musty and dirty. There is no fridge or safe in rooms and only half a strange cupboard. There was also a constant strange smell throughout the hotel. I think it is a sewearge type smell. It doesnt go away. However, I cannot fault the cleaninf staff. They are excellent and always left the room clean. They are doing the best taking into account the worn down hotel. In summary, the price asked does not justify the hotel provided. Compared to our stay in the Porto branch, this was a big let down. We made it work, but I wouldn't recommend it for this price point. It is time to fix up the rooms and revamp the place. I want to add again, the staff are your superstars. The aged hotel and smell is keeping you back.

This hotel is well placed for access to buses and the Metro and the staff were very helpful in giving me directions and helping me plan journeys. The buffet style breakfast suited me. A selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and drinks as well as hot options if you prefer.. The room was adequate, good quality bedding and air conditioning.

Very close to the city centre either on foot or by bus. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned daily upon prior requests. Room had a peeling wall paper. Bathroom had no working ventilation. Not a bad place to stay though.
