Everything is very nice, the staff, the food. The hotel is clean and everything works well….except the reception manager they hired recently, because we stay in this hotel already 5 or 6 times. Oh ….. she is rude and not nice at all. It seams that she is boss of reception, but should not be really working with people at all. Just to identify her, she is middle age lady sitting at the back of reception, has very dark dyed hair and bright red lipstick. Now all reception staff and restaurant staff are nice and kind.

I stayed at the hotel in order to attend a local concert. It was a clean safe place to stay however the headboards in the room were worn out and looked filthy. It was a vinyl that had been rubbed off by previous guests. I was annoyed every time that I looked at it. The breakfast service when I originally booked the room as a single person was set at a price of 29euros which I felt was excessive for one guest. The hotel should offer an option for solo travelers to buy a single breakfast. I later had a friend join me and we found that 29 euros would be reasonable for 2 guests. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am which felt early having been at the concert the night before. We had asked for late check out when we returned to the hotel at 1am and were told it was not available. I would have appreciated another hour to sleep before housekeeping knocked.

We had an issue with the first room we recieved and they changed it right away. The roof top is nice and cozy with views from both sides of the property. The rooms and beds a very comfortable. Rooms are a little tight and small but still comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Easily accessible by Uber or walking if you don’t mind the hills.

Best receptionist and excellent customer service

I think the receptionist made perfect impression of hotel upon and during my stay here. There were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel however does need to go under lot of repairs as things weren't as they seem. Location was uphill from Metro,though bus connections are available. There are local shops and bakery within 5 munutes walking distance which is a great plus. The breakfast menu was good where as half boarding was disappointing but that maybe due to the fact I overslept during dinner.

The hotel is located in an out-of-the way area of the city without convenient access to public transport, restaurants, or shopping. In general, it was a residential area. Otherwise, the hotel services were average, though acceptable. Clean rooms, decent amenities, but no free breakfast provided (an additional cost).

Great Hotel, with good and very helpful staff..brilliant location and good value for a decent 4 Star...only mild complaint is the breakfast is the same pretty much every day...we stayed for 9 nights and it gets a little too much..but hey thats a minor for us anyway well recommended...

The room was clean and tidy with two comfy beds. There was a small balcony that you can look at the sky which was refreshing in the morning. Only one point that could be improved was the showering place because the screen wa not wide enough to prevent water from splashing out to the whole bathroom floor. Staff was very amiable and nice. Free shuttle was provided between the hotel and city center. Bus stations were within 10-minute walk. Overall impression was good and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Pros: The room was spacious, and the layout was great. Robes and slippers were provided en-suite. The hotel is located within walking distance from the metro station and bus stops. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Cons: Outside noise is extremely loud. Garbage trucks, airplanes, people. You can hear everything as if they are in your room. It's not fun to be in the same room as an airplane... The bathroom was fairly cramped, but the worst part was the musty smell and the black mould growing everywhere... Awful. There were some dusty mold spores along the ceiling too. The carpet in the rooms was very dirty and stained in all colours (brown, red, and black). I do not wish to know what those stains are.

The room was pretty run down the overhead shower head didn’t work. We had a broken cot in our room and throughout the night it collapsed twice while sleeping on it. It was a poor sleep and the next morning we had to leave early so when we returned in the evening to the hotel I asked the staff for a new cot or a different room the staff said we can only fix issues in the morning there is nothing we can do for you in the evening. Poor customer service.
