Very convenient location one block from tram and metro. Also very quiet. The room and bathroom were excellent, if a little small. Unfortunately the block on which the hotel is located is not well kept, but never felt unsafe. The hotel was recently renovated and was like new.

The hotel is close to metro and also 3 stops to nain attractions in old city. Room was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. I booked twin bed even though was alone. Asked the receptionist to pushed bed together to make a double and the did without any issues. Only downside about my stay was the AC was not working making sleeping uncomfortable. They did offer a fan instead. I guess thats a plus. Enjoyed my stay.

Goed kleinschalig hotel. Je hebt een klein zwembad maar er is weinig levendigheid. Gelukkig is de bruisende stad Lissabon dichtbij. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk!

Room was lovely and clean if a little on the small side. Perfect for myself. Good TV variety if that’s your thing. Staff were polite and professional. A short walk from Intendente Metro station, and the famous tram 28 has a stop just outside. Area around it needs a bit of TLC, however, good restaurant and coffee shops close by. All in all a great hotel for a weekend break..

Modern hotel met aspecten van Hollywood en een groot oscarbeeld bij de lift. Receptionisten zijn vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt was €12 pp ruim aanbod diverse beleg, roerei,bacon,bonen,tomaat, zoetigheden, mini croissants,yoghurt,cornflakes en div brood. Om de hoek van het hotel ligt metrohalte Intendiente en tramlijn 28E stopt om de hoek die gaat helemaal naar de Baixa Chado wijk. Lidl is op 5min lopen en diverse restaurants en ontbijtzaakjes. De kamer was voldoende voor 2 personen, koffie/theeapparaat, kluis,buro koelkast ,rituals douche producten. Goed werkende airco!Enige minpunt was dat de badkamervloer niet was schoongemaakt er lagen haren van de vorige gasten.. los hiervan is het een aanrader. Het hotel ligt niet aan de lange hoofdweg maar een straat erachter dus geen overlast van verkeer.

Not safe if fire breakout in any of the upstairs units no opening of the one window in the room. No swimming pool at the hotel. Stayed for a month but wouldn't return because of the possibility of fire. Otherwise, great service, wifi, staff and only one block away from surrounding tourist activities.
