Clean, tidy and good staff but the facilities in the room are not up to the standard, for example, no cups or glass, no large rubbish bin at the room, just a small bin at the toilet. You have to ask the staff to get a kettle and the hair dryer is not good to use.

We stayed at this property before a cruise. It happened to be the night of the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, and we enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony window. This hotel is conveniently located; shops, restaurants and bars are easily walkable from this location. We had 2 rooms and our adult children and we found the beds comfortable and the showers a delight on a cold winter’s night - glass enclosure with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of items, though you do have to put in your order in advance.
