"Great fireplace, and awesome loft bed!! The place was warm and cosy, and right on the lake!"

"The place that we stayed has 3 rooms. Two of the rooms have two single beds and very comfortable. However, the room with the double bed is too small and cannot even accommodate a luggage. Will be good if the motel can provide liquid instead of bar soap. Overall, I will recommend this motel for family stay. "

The ownee was amazingly helpful and kind.Highly reccomendabke for families to stay when travelling toblake tekapo,mount cook and around .much worth staying in the property. Apartment ameneties,washing machine,dryer and kitchenettess was absolutely clean and well maintained. I rate this as 5 start cateogory."

"Room was a little small as nowhere but bed to sit on . There was a communal zone of kitchen and lounge however . Would say a great place for groups to go as you have private room and bathroom and big communal area , also bakery , pub , supermarket and bottle shop right there"

"We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done...

"It’s good to stay for a night rest and continues the journey. Closed by the cental town and easy to access the supermarket and restaurant. It should be upgrade or renovate the rooms."

"Have stayed here twice now. The only thing to watch out for is the stairs to go from the car park to the door. They are not undercover and can get slippery in rain or ice. The townhouses do not have internal laundries which can be inconvenient in the rain/cold."

"We were in a bottom unit which had people walking in front of it constantly, so did not feel safe. There were not any blackout curtains so it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It was spacious and well stocked though, with a great shower."

"The room was spotless except for a strong smell from leftover food in the microwave which the cleaner hadn’t checked. The beds were very comfortable and the location was close to the town centre. However, there was a bright light outside the door that couldn’t be switched off . The light gets through the gap between the curtain and the window. Which was quite annoying. Besides that, everything was fine."
