As with many 5 star properties, the staff was professional and helpful, but while some seemed genuinely nice, some did not know how to smile and were not terribly friendly, and I could not for the life of me understand why they needed to take down the large heavy duty umbrellas outside while we were having lunch on the patio and in need of shade, they might have waited a few minutes. The property was well kept with the exception of the tennis court, which was in terrible condition, and the primary multi-purpose fitness machine was out of order in the otherwise nice gym. The room was high end, comfortable and clean and well attended but we could not figure out why it was always hot unless we opened the patio door, apparently the AC was turned off in October, which should have been ok as it was always cooler outside than inside, but it remained a mystery to us why the room was warm, so we had to keep the patio door open all night. The area is beautiful if nature is your thing and Limone sul Garda is a charming little town but we preferred dining in the nearby town Riva del Garda, which is larger and seemingly more authentic and less touristy with many restaurants to choose from.

Das Hotel ist sauber, aber mehr auch nicht . Wollten nach buchen wollten die für die Nacht 350 Euro . Online kostet 270 Euro . Essen wird so wenig angeboten . Haben das Menü aus probiert für 60 Euro einfach zu teuer . Besser ist außerhalb Essen zu gehen , Massagen werden nur auf Englisch angeboten . Nicht auf deutsch , obwohl viele deutsche drin sind . Massagen kosten ab 350 aufwärts.

Tolles Hotel. Super Service. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider konnten wir an den beiden Tesla Ladestationen unseren Ionic 5 nicht laden. Vielleicht gibt es ja eine Überlegung eine weitere normale Wallbox für andere Fahrzeuge ( nicht Tesla) zu installieren. Ansonsten Daumen hoch 👍

Das Hotel ist wohl eines der besten in Limone, das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir wurden extrem zuvorkommend behandelt, das Gepäck wurde auf die Zimmer gebracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig und wunderschön. Das Frühstück wird gereicht, was am Anfang ungewöhnlich war aber eine gute Idee da es hervorragend ausgesehen hat. Man konnte soviel Essen wie man wollte. Wir waren 4 Tage im Hotel und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Parkplätze sind leider sehr begrenzt und so musste mehrfach der Portier mein Auto parken da keine Plätze mehr verfügbar waren. Der Piano Abend war leider etwas zu lang und später auch sehr laut.

La struttura e’ molto bella, il giardino e’ molto curato e la piscina e’ pulita. La camera e’ pulita e moderna. Lo staff del bar e del ristorante e’ estremamente gentile e il servizio e’ impeccabile…davvero molto soddisfatta! Pietanze di qualità e fresco, preparato al momento. Il parcheggio non è grande, meno male che abbiamo trovato posto altrimenti c’è il parcheggio coperto a pagamento. Lati negativi: alla reception sono molto sbrigativi, nessuna spiegazione su cosa offre la struttura (spa a pagamento, quante piscine ci sono, la palestra, il ristorante). Ho dovuto chiedere io gli orari per la colazione e del ristorante. Il gg di partenza bisogna liberare la camera entro le 12, mi sarebbe piaciuto fare ancora mezza giornata in piscina (dato che il check in il gg prima e’ alle 14)…ma non mi sono sembrati contenti della mia richiesta perciò ho preferito lasciare l’hotel.

Non è un 5 stelle lusso!

Struttura che non rispecchia assolutamente i canoni di un 5 stelle L. Le aspettative erano nettamente più alte rispetto alla realtà. La struttura è ristrutturata ma si vede che risale agli anni 90. Non abbiamo fatto la SPA che dicono essere molto bella, per quanto riguarda la piscina esterna è davvero poco profonda, scomodo farsi una nuotata. Camera carina ristrutturata. Colazione poco varia e abbandonate. Struttura degna di un 4 stelle, assolutamente non di più.
