Hotel Dekat Lighthouse Point Tennis Center

"First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago. Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service. "Mandatory Valet parking $34 and the valet employee don’t even help you with luggage. Rooms are really bad condition. They gave me room 607 where the AC was making noise and the rug was all wet plus sofa looks so old. Then they move to 604 which it was ok compared to the other one, even though the dryer doesn’t work. For the price of this property I will have stay in a better place. The staff never try to accommodate or offer a discount. Really bad service "

"It wasn’t so much the location it was Expedia that falsely advertised this property and it made for a horrible experience. Some rude staff members and lack of cleaning our rooms or even offering clean towels. Over all it was the service and Expedia that caused the issues. "
