"Mandatory Valet parking $34 and the valet employee don’t even help you with luggage. Rooms are really bad condition. They gave me room 607 where the AC was making noise and the rug was all wet plus sofa looks so old. Then they move to 604 which it was ok compared to the other one, even though the dryer doesn’t work. For the price of this property I will have stay in a better place. The staff never try to accommodate or offer a discount. Really bad service "

"I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Deerfield Beach, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in an unacceptable condition—there were roaches and giant water bugs all over the room, the towels provided were visibly moldy, there were sharp staples outside my room that housekeeping never cleaned since the day I got there, and the icing on the cake was that I woke up with Bedbug bites on my legs. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response...

"We loved this room. We loved the location. It was one block away from Deerfield Beach. It was easy access to main roads and for a drive up the coast. The kitchenette was nice, we were able to go to Walmart about 15 minutes away to buy food for breakfast. Had to get use to using an electric stove. We love the canopy by the main office and wanted to ask for one of the coconuts growing on the tree. "

"Room was clean, view was great! The hotel its self was so cute and smelled really good! Water taxi across the street was cool, walkable to the pier (10-15 min) Fort Lauderdale beach was about a 25 minute drive as well. Would stay again "
