"The staff were incredible! The service was truly above and beyond! Our room had a view of the Matterhorn, which was amazing, though I do wish we had been one floor higher for a bit more privacy. We loved having the sauna and steam shower right in our room, it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The location is a bit remote and made getting around a little challenging, but it ended up working out perfectly for us since it rained during our visit. "Great place to stay, large modern clean room with balcony. Located in the heart of the town close to train station and shopping Staff was excellent, breakfast buffet had plenty of options and after noon coffee, tea and pastries in the afternoon was a nice surprise. Will definitely return"

"This location is excellent and the train station is across the street, (I never heard the train). The green line bus stop is about a 30 second walk, while the heart of downtown is located a couple of minutes from this hotel. The rooms were clean and my hostel bed was configured in such a way that it was very private. I would stay here again!"
