"We loved everything about our stay here at Matterhorn Focus! The room was impeccable and the amenities were fantastic. We loved waking up to the mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows. It was nice that the windows were one-way so we can see out but no one can see in. The spa area was amazing and the sauna/steam room after a cold day was just the perfect ending. This hotel is directly next to the main attraction in Zermatt so it was very convenient for us to just step out and walk...

Its location is excellent, situated right beside Zermatt Central station, making it convenient for travel and close to shopping streets. "My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"
