La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. "Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

"I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. "
