A bit run down. Great english speaking staff and good breakfast. Our room facing busy street and train tracks close by. Not very quiet. Scores on review not reflecting my experience.

Reception very friendly & helpful. Room average. Main issue was the bunk beds in the family room. As soon as the kids even breathed they made awful noises so no one could sleep and they creaked and squeaked all night.
