"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

"Très belle hôtel de montagne avec une décoration authentique ! Chambre spacieuse et très propre juste une petite remarque, sur le linge de lit : j’ai un peu de mal avec les couvertures je préfère les couettes mais c’est un détail Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et de bons conseils pour un bon restaurant ou autre Et puis un plus avec la piscine intérieure avec vue sur les montagnes ❤️ J’y retournerai avec plaisir "

"I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

"We had a great stay here. The boot room opens straight out onto the slopes for a ski in/out experience. The apartment was comfy and a good size. "

"Great hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. "
