"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. "We have just got home from a wonderful night at Ash farm . Fantastic service from Janice David and Christian they could not do enough for us. Our room was lovely we had the garden room. Not overly big but very quaint The setting is so beautiful.i would highly recommend here to anyone . Our only negatives and they are only small is we'd have liked it if they'd had 1 dog friendly room and the garden room is beautiful but it backs onto the breakfast room. "The hotel was perfect for what we wanted ie: to have somewhere to stay near our son. Unfortunately the people in the next room were having a party until 1.30am and had the tv on until 2am. We could hear everything, conversations and the programme on the tv. We were unable to sleep. This is not the hotel’s fault but it did spoil our stay. We will stay again and hope other guests will be more considerate next time."

"Had a lovely night stay , was late checking in just after 11pm , was welcomed by staff member who was very professional, he offered to carry our bags up to our room , showed us how things worked in the room eg the aircon /heating panel .
