"We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip.
Check-in wasn’t supposed to be until 4 PM, but they graciously allowed us to check in FOUR hours early. After traveling, that kindness meant everything. Roberto went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind.

"Very difficult to check in.
Once in, the room was very cold and there was no way to increase heat. We emailed the office 4 times and did not get a response until the following day.
There were no blankets in the room and only a sheet on the bed.
We froze all night."
