"All the reviews about this property owner being the Hostess with the Mostest are 100% on point. I made a very last minute reservation which she accommodated with the utmost grace. When the neighboring room kept me awake, she moved me to a different, quieter room. Again, with nothing but the utmost grace. The room was clean and tidy, the bed oh-so-comfortable. I will be back on my next trip to Sarasota. Thank you so much for the over the top hospitality. God bless you and your family. "

"When I arrived at the hotel, I had to mail a card for a family member’s birthday. The General Manager, Tonya, helped me to do and went out of her way to ensure my card got mailed out in time. When I checked out of the hotel I left my necklace in the room and Tonya went out of her way to quickly check on my necklace and immediately responded to me and made certain my necklace was mailed out to me that day. Tonya and the other staff are very helpful! "
