"The Inn was clearly redone since 2024 hurricane season and they’ve done a wonderful job. It’s classic and tasteful, with excellent attention to detail. Location is great, on the beach within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Check-in and -out was simple and the staff (phone and in-person) was excellent. Highly recommend this charming little Inn. "

"Five stars isnt enough. From arrival to leaving, best in every way. Rooms are huge, full size kitchen, plenty of drawers, large family would love this. Large murphy bed for kids. Balcony is huge and screened. Night life in the evening, but it you prefer quiet, close your large glass doors and it is silent. Bright relaxing atmospher. Bathrrom is huge. Cleaning staff was beyond their duties. Very quuck with needs, cleans every day. Even offered to carry our luggage to our car. Please give them...

"The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! "

"We loved everything about this property. Location, proximity to the beach and shops downtown Venice. The pool was great with excellent water views. We also rented e bikes right from the front desk. To top it off we got a check in Matia! We will be back for sure"

"In general it was a good apartment almost deserving 4 stars. However, there are a couple of quite important negative moments. First, they lied in the description about washer machine, they do not have any. Second, unlike other providers they do not allow to move in even 30 minutes earlier and made us wait for this time under Florida sun despite the room was ready. Third, they locked their dumpsters and people just throw their garbage over the locked gates, so rats will be there in no time unless...

"Ligging is goed. Tussen het strand en de straat met restaurantjes in. Beiden makkelijk te lopen. Veilig gevoel in de buurt. Kamers zijn prima. Fijn dat er een keukentje in zit en grote koelkast. Zwembad is groot genoeg met ligbedden. Je kan allerlei strandspullen gebruiken van het hotel. Aardige eigenaar. Er zijn zoals je in andere recensies leest idd regels, maar niks extreem. Gewone fatsoensnormen lijkt mij. Fijn verblijf gehad. Zou zeker terug gaan. "

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. "I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well! "
