"We had a wonderful time at Penn’s View! There were three of us in a room with two queen beds & it felt surprisingly spacious. It’d be nice to get a room with a view the next time we’re here, but there was a sweet view from a window near the elevator that we took advantage of every time we walked by. The staff was very helpful & the property nice & clean. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was lovely - both the bartenders & our drinks made it very worthwhile! "Good central location with excellent transport links. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet."

"My experience started rough but quickly was cleared up. I appreciated the attention to where they needed to do better. They pivot and get tmit fixed. All the greeters out front are super nice and helpful."

"I travel a lot and this hotel and staff are the best!!! EVERYONE we came into contact with, from the adjacent parking garage, to reception, to breakfast today were so welcoming and helpful!!! "We reserved a room with a queen size bed but there was only a full size bed. They moved us to room with a queen. Our new room did experience a clogged bathroom sink. They did extend us a credit."
