"I was pleasantly surprised with my room, the beautiful bathroom. It was a lovely, very comfortable stay. A convenient walk to Jefferson outpatient center, was easy and safe. Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. This was a gem to be able to stay here, thank you, I hope to stay here again in the future. "

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First, it is close to everything, and we were able to walk to many of the sights on our list. Second, the food in the area is plentiful and easily accessible. A few additional items: it doesn't have an elevator, so do be aware of that. We didn't mind even being on the top floor. It's so charming and has such a rich history; we were happy with the accommodations. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a nice little fridge and sink area for food and...

"Hotel was clean, in good condition, and surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient. There is no real parking so plan ahead if, like us, you drive into the area."

"Bathroom hooks and bathroom storage would go a long way, as would cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Aside from salt and pepper, the spice rack was well stocked, and the pots, pans, utensils and dishes were great. Good location, lots of restaurants, shops, and history - highly walkable and public transit is right outside. "

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!"

"We stayed in the Edison suite for a girls' weekend (5 of us, but 6 would have been comfortable too). It was an amazing alternative to a standard hotel as everyone was able to be together the entire time and everyone had plenty of space. The top bedroom is really cool and you can see Elfreth's Alley from the windows. We will be back the next girls' weekend for sure!"

Location: extremely nice location, close to a lot of restos and the park"

"The location was perfect, rooms were decorated very stylish and clean. The shower design is the only issue I have, with a partial glass wall that requires you to reachnin to turn on the shower. You then get hit with cold water until you can adjust the temperature correctly, but also the water flys out the back onto the floor, door and outside carpet. While aesthetic, poorly designed."

Staff in restaurant very nice and attentive. But front desk was incompetent and unresponsive. Quite disappointed. "
