"We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there. "

"It was a great stay! Staff was very welcoming and helpful, wifi was good, the room was very clean. I'd say the room runs cold - but during the summer it was perfect (you can adjust the heat, the room just is a bit colder). "

"I have never had a better experience at a hotel. I did thorough research to find the right place and it did not disappoint. The owners are the kindest, most genuine people. The property clearly demonstrates the meticulous care as well as effort for their guests. It is clean, cozy, enchanting, private and unique. I am actually sad that I cannot stay a bit longer but I’ve already rebooked my next stay. Also, if you’re visiting for the arts or artistic performances, then this is your perfect spot....

"This was our first time staying at Elements downtown and we absolutely LOVED it! The room was spacious and clean and the location was PERFECT for us to see/do everything we wanted to in Philly! Not to mention, the complimentary breakfast was made hot and fresh every morning while also offering plenty of options for things to choose from! "It was a lot of dogs there but otherwise it was an excellent day. Rooms was a good size. Nice and clean. I have forgotten my shampoo and I loved it that they hit shampoo conditioner. Thank you I’ll be coming back."
