"From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The exterior alone raised concerns, with several individuals lingering around who appeared to be long-term occupants. Calling this place a “hotel” feels generous. Walking into the lobby, we were hit with a strong odor—a mix of stale smoke and something reminiscent of a nursing home. It was overwhelming and set the tone for what was to come. Despite the obvious red flags, we proceeded to check in....

"The room was somewhat clean,it had a lot of smudged marks everywhere like they used dirty rags too clean with ,the hall smelled like Marijuana all night and they had some undesirables hanging out by the back doors all night. "

"The lady at check in was so nice but the property was in really bad shape. We did not get the non smoking king room we requested. The bedding had cigarette burns all over it and was clearly unwashed. When pulled back you could hear crumbs hitting the floor. The smell of smoke was soaked into everything. "We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...

"Pros: rooms are huge with some kitchen amenities and a pull out sofa bed in addition to 2 queens. Hot breakfast was decent. Convenient to freeway, restaurants and shopping. Cons: because the rooms accommodate more than 4 people, this hotel was packed with families with lots of children. It was noisy and chaotic (spring break week). This was our 4th hotel in 8 days during spring break and it was by far the loudest and least sound proofed rooms. Lots of door banging and kids rumbling in the halls...

"Very disappointed that our king suite room came stocked with the usual 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels and ONLY 2 large towels. We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. She also told me if I needed towels...
