"Bathroom was pretty rough. Rust in tub plus black moldy corners. They did move us to a slightly better room. But only after we got Expedia involved. In addition we had to wait 15 minutes a the desk to check in (7pm). The poor lady working there was the only one tending to the bar, kitchen, check in. Maybe some staff issues. We will avoid this Hyatt in the future "

"The hotel and its facilities are spectacular, they have excellent customer service, clean areas, and the rooms are very spacious. You can also bring your pet, and there are many restaurants nearby, which makes it ideal for going out for dinner or lunch."

"Clean and very nice room. Nice and helpful staff too. You get some noise from the highway if it’s raining just due to the location. Otherwise, very quiet rooms. Breakfast is just ok with not many options for the kids, but great overall stay. "

"Mattresses all have large urine stains on them. Asked to move to a different room and found the same on the two queen beds there. So gross! Bathroom floor had a wad of hair in the floor but otherwise was very clean. On the plus side staff was very nice. Definitely not what I expected for price I paid though."
