The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. When you get to the area with all the hotel signs--and the Sheraton is not listed-- turn around and look for the subtle signage that shows the Sheraton is right around the corner!"

"The room was clean and the people were kind. BUT if you are not a skinny tall person, it’s almost impossible to stay here. The shower door swings inward and there is only a 8 inch gap you have to squeeze through to get in the shower. It’s almost impossible for an adult. Nos la cambiaron sin problema pero creo que es algo que no debe suceder, y no nos ayudaron a mover las maletas a la nueva habitacion ni nos compensaron de ninguna forma. "The shuttle bus works from 6.15 am till noon time and from 17.15 PM.. we took the bus from the T3 to the bus station facing the hotel. breakfast is 25 Euro if you buy it from the hotel. room is clean , spacious , including safe box and mini bar. areovillle shopping mall is 5 min walk , use your GPS to get directions . friendly staff at the hotel. we used the shuttle to go 6.15 to the aeroport .. it takes 15 min .."

"Overall the staff were very nice. The reception staff were very friendly and polite, and offered colouring materials for our kids which was thoughtful. The building does feel a bit dated though. The wait staff at dinner/bar area were really lovely, we really enjoyed the food at dinner, we didn’t get the name of our waiter but he was absolutely fantastic. The only issue we had encountered was the chef at breakfast - he was very rude to my husband for no reason when he politely asked for cooked...
