The staff were all top notch and showed care and a commitment to making you feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety and options. "The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!"
