"Pictures do not do this place justice. The garden view is amazing with visibility of lake lugano and the distant mountains. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I loved the breakfast, it's simple but very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel"

"The room was clean. AC broken in room. Staff slow to respond to request regarding broken AC. Eventually brought in a window AC in which the door or window had to remain open to use. Uncomfortable process. The room hot/humid at night. Staff friendly/ language barrier with no effort made to understand. Halfway in, we were moved into a new room. Met manager last day, very helpful/friendly, but it was near end of stay. Beautiful views but not conveniently located. Would not recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay at LUGANODANTE! The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and the location honestly could not be better. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived so welcoming, helpful, and attentive.
We traveled as a family with my elderly father, and everything was so convenient and easy for us. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.
Lugano was such a special part of our trip, and staying at LUGANODANTE made it even better. I would 100% stay...

"This pretty little hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train station and is on a corner opposite the lake. We loved our room layout (Louis Armstrong room) and breakfast was great! They even have nice umbrellas for guests to use on rainy days like this one."
