"This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. "La situation proche des départs des télécabines tout en étant au centre du village est idéale. Beaucoup de commerces aux alentours, ainsi que de restaurants. Malgré cette proximité, c'est très calme la nuit. 2 balcons avec vue sur les montagnes, bien ensoleillés à cette saison. Propreté de la chambre top aussi, et personnel agréable. Les salles de bain mériteraient une petit mise à jour au niveau des équipements."

"Hello I was very pleased with my stay here. The building architecture is very cool and it is build on the edge of a gorge. The inside of my room was also nice with relatively new and quality fixtures. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of clean and quality options. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. "The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. "Ich wurde auf das Partnerhotel Porta Cervino umgebucht, was nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt lag. Dafür war das Zimmer umgegranded worden mit kleiner Küche. Sehr sauber, modern und sehr guter Service. Klar zu empfehlen."

"Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm.
