"This was easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! We left our luggage pre check in so that we could explore Zermatt, and by the time we got back our room was ready (before the checkin time) and our luggage had already been delivered to our room. We loved the use of real keys instead of key cards, it sounds silly but it was a really fun touch to the whole experience. The room was super clean and very comfortable and our view of the Matterhorn was exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful and...

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!"

"Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!"
