Loved the shops on the first floor and food trucks located right across the street where the workers were just as kind. Our AC stopped working our last night there, then our socket blew after plugging in a phone charger. All in all great service and great experience.

"The staff was great, the room was quiet and comfortable with a nice view. The restaurant 100 Sails (we went there once, on one of the 5 nights we stayed) is very good as well. Proximity to the Ala Moana mall and park is nice. Excellent value relative to the nearby hotels that are actually on Waikiki Beach. The gym is relatively small, but there were generally only a few people in there (perhaps because it was small?). "

This is a pricey choice but in my opinion we got our money's worth. All rooms are good size and very updated and have balconies. Staff was attentive, water was provided daily as well as some small goodies. The beach is very small but other beaches are close. The location is spot on Waikiki, an easy walk to the main street and all its amenities, tour busses, restaurants etc."
