"Mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and “other” stains on the lower portions of the walls. Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only...

"I have stayed here before and had a great experience. I checked in and went to the pool. The pool attendant said he was closing the pool early and I couldn’t get in. Had I known the pool was closing early, I would have gone to any of many other places in the area which are less expensive. I’ve waited several weeks to see if I would feel differently about it but at this point, that experience ruined it and I’ll just stay somewhere else that’s much less expensive. "

"Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. "
