"Paint chipping off the walls in room, sheets on bed were dirty, bathroom smelled like a sewer, carpets were stained, over all the view was great but the hotel wasn't worth the money."

"We made a reservation a month before our arrival for a Thursday and a Friday night. Our train plans changed and decided to give Friday night back. We were informed that it was a $500.00 penalty. So we had to keep the unused room, and eat the cost. The room was lovely but needed extra plugins for styling tools and needed to be cooler due to the heatwave but very quiet."

"Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). The first night we were in the room turned tv on for a bit the off and went out, came back and tv wouldn’t come on, called desk and guy came up and said cord was too short and came unplugged. At 06:50am the fire alarm in the room started shrieking for 3-4 minutes and the message came later saying false alarm. "The property can be challenging, we stayed in a spa 1 bedroom which was on the 8th floor except the hotel elevator doesn’t go to this set of rooms, you have to to get off on 8 and then go up another 2 flights of stairs which was a lot with luggage. We went through the elevator, 2 flights of stairs and, 5 sets of doors before we got to the room, so challenging for us.
