"Great hotel, felt like an oasis in the middle of. Nature. Went for a weekend trip to the 1000 islands. Complementary Breakfast was decent with various selections and coffee is available all day. Rooms are on the smaller end but they were clean and modern. Love the Lobby and it’s a great hangout space for groups or families."

"Stayed at Glen House Resort for a weekend getaway and had a great experience overall. Although check-in was officially at 4 PM, the staff kindly gave us our room keys around 2:15 PM which was really appreciated after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with an amazing river view. "We found room 205 very noisy through the night, this from highway 401 traffic. That disturbed our sleep. Are they really unaware of this? As IHG members of long standing, a room on the other side of the corridor would been better. We also found the breakfast sparse compared to prior experience. We saw no fresh fruit. It has been sometime since we used a Holiday Inn Express and this may be the new standard."
