"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

"The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The proximity to the train station made it easy to travel to San Lucia for the day and the hotel breakfast was amazing. "The best thing about hotel Rialto is the location and the breakfast was quite nice. The bed was hard as a rock with one pillow. Room was dark, damp and dingy. Got sick after we stayed here. Good thing we weren’t in it much. Based on reviews I was expecting much better. Won’t stay here again"

"Great pool, good breakfast selection, lovely grand building right on the beach. Shuttle boat into central Venice is very convenient. Drinks in the hotel are extortionate EUR 19.50 for 2 Cokes. There is a Gelateria almost opposite the hotel, that has salads, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, drinks and delicious ice creams at very reasonable prices."

"We stayed for a quick night before our roadtrip north. It’s a convenient hotel, with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel rooms are clean and no frills. The only thing I would call out is that staff did not remind us of the 10 dollar drink voucher that was included in the reservation. Would have been nice to use for water. Etc."

"Don't expect a large hotel. This is a small, cute and comfy hotel. The rooms are small, so space seems tight especially if you have large bags.
The location is very good, close to Rialto bridge. Water bus stops are right across the canal, you will have to cross Rialto bridge.
Staff was very helpful and good to work with. Breakfast was nice.
I wouldn't recommend the private transfer option from railway station. Not worth 200 euros. I still had to wait outside station and took over an hour to...
