"Staff was very kind and helpful but that was it with this hotel. I was charged an extra $100 that I was not expecting which made me more upset seeing how old and cheap the room was. Walls and ceiling had large cracks, bathroom was tiny and toilet had issues flushing. I was very disappointed with my experience considering how much I paid"

"We stayed here for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. Hotel staff were courteous and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were speedy and efficient. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast, evening snacks and drinks, and 24 hour coffee and tea were phenomenal. We didn’t get to use the pool area. But all in all, we were very happy with Drury Inn."
