"One of the worst stats in a long time. Property had experienced neglect unfortunately and needs attention. Battery missing in smoke detector (beeping until I disconnected it), wall patches need painting, interstate noise thru window that wouldn’t shut completely, exterior 3rd floor security door wouldn’t shut completely and frame loose, carpets need replacing, lobby vending machine broken, pitiful breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and empty coffee urn.
