This is not a hotel, it can’t be…. I had a terrible experience with them that did cost me almost $380 for 1 night. While booking one night through Expedia I made a mistake in the dates and 3 minutes later ( from 18 to 19 April) they said go back to Expedia who informed me that such mistakes happen and not to worry, the hotel will understand and be helpful. Meanwhile, they recommended to make another booking for the one night with the correct dates at the same hotel. I accepted so I can prove to the management there that it was a mistake and here I am showing on the correct date. Once I arrived I asked to solve my case and refund the night that I booked by mistake. The front desk told me that it was not his business and his accounting department are off till Monday . I told him I will be leaving on Saturday but he insisted to help. The next day I left hoping that my little issue will be solved easily since I made another booking. Surprisingly, I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel refused …!!!!!!
This is completely unacceptable wether by the hotel or by Expedia who should be supporting there clients and members against this kind of irresponsible behavior from a hotel … I will never booking through the app again … am really disappointed.
